Lowongan Kerja PT Indoprima Gemilang Graduate Development Program – PDCA Job Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate sales, operational, and business performance Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management review Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities through PDCA approach Support branding activities and monitor digital engagement performance Assist in monitoring new product development and strategic initiatives Coordinate with related departments to ensure project execution and reporting effectiveness Support continuous improvement initiatives and business process optimization Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum GPA 3.50 / 4.00 Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome Basic understanding of PDCA, project management, or data analysis is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital tools Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible Good communication and teamwork skills Willing to join a 6-month program
